Roasted Cinnamon and Maple Pear Chips

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cook: 50 minutes

makes: Approx. 2 dozen chips


  • 3 firm Pears
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon


Preheat oven to 120°C. Grease and line two oven trays

Slice pears very fine on a mandolin or use a very sharp knife. Remove stems and seeds, if desired

Place all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and carefully mix to combine

Place on the two trays, in a single layer, not over lapping

Bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake for a further 20, or until dry and crisp.Remove from oven

Remove from trays when cool. Serve with a cheese platter

Tip: Store in an airtight container up to 2 days
