Pear, salami and cheese skewers
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
makes: Serves 4-6 (makes 12)
- 2 large pears
- 120g tasty cheese
- 12 thin slices Hungarian salami
- Using a mellon baller, roll 12 balls from pears. Cut cheese into 2cm cubes. Fold a salami slice in half and thread onto a small 12cm long skewer. Add a pear ball and cheese cube. Repeat with remaining pear, cheese and salami, alternating ingredients. Place onto a plate and serve.
Tip: This is a great, quick little snack to make and share with friends with a glass of wine. Can be quickly made with ingredients that are usually in your fridge.
