Pear pavlova nests with chocolate

  • 300mls thickened cream
  • 8 pavlova nests
  • 2 pears, quartered, cored, finely sliced
  • 100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces


  1. Using an electric hand beater, beat cream until soft peaks form. Place pavlova nests onto serving plates. Spoon cream onto pavlovas and top with diced pear.

  2. Place chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high 100% for 1 ½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Drizzle chocolate over prepared pavlovas and serve.
