Pear and Goats Cheese Dippers

  • 2 Pears, cored and cut into wedges
  • 1/3 cup soft goats cheese
  • ¼ cup pistachios, roughly chop
  • ¼ cup craisins
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Toss pear slices in the lemon juice

Gently spread cheese onto the pear wedge. Sprinkle with pistachios and craisins

Arrange on a platter and decorate with micro herbs
