Grilled Pear and Haloumi Prosciutto Wraps

  • 250 g piece of haloumi cheese
  • 10 slices prosciutto
  • 20 sage leaves
  • 4 Corella pears, cored and cut into thin wedges
  • Lime wedges to serve


Cut the haloumi into 20 even sized sticks.

Cut the prosciutto in half lengthways. Place a wedge of pear, a stick of haloumi and a sage leaf onto each slice of prosciutto. Roll the pancetta around in a spiral.

Heat a non stick pan and place the wraps into the pan, cook on all sides until the prosciutto is brown and beginning to crisp.

Serve with lime wedges to squeeze over the wraps.
