120g good quality brie
120g good quality camembert
120g good quality mature cheddar
120g good quality blue cheese
A selection of pears – William’s, Packham’s Triumph, Beurré Bosc, Corella and Red Anjou (whatever is in season), washed, cut into quarters, cored and sliced thinly.
Crackers and/or bread to serve
METHOD
- Divide and arrange the cheese and pear slices and serve on a plate or stack into a ‘tower’ on a large platter.
- Serve with matching wines, crackers and bread.
